Trade done with Enzymer. Whole story here

Havn't really come across any new music or anything as of late except for one good jingle.

TheLittleBird - Lullaby (jazzanova remix)

Quite soothing and relaxing and kind of gets me in that majestic sort of Christmas mood.

Iv'e had hardly any time for painting either. Since I started this new job at the candy store, it's taken quite alot of commitment. I've been doing a few less days than I have been these past weeks, but the only days I get off I usually have to run off and do other things or take care of the house. Being a grown up is hard. Oh how I miss the days of old.... It's not that bad really. I think it's mostly because Christmas is coming up so alot of time has been running around town to try and pick up gifts etc. I kind of miss sitting around the hosue and painting/playing games though. I was playing Saints Row 2 again with Ren the other night, and it was pretty ball slapping hilarious. Runing around nekked in a pint sized motor bike as I was 3 times biger than every other player in the game. It's a difficult situation to explain. Perhaps I can take a picture or sommat.

I have been working on a Christmas picture though, since I did a thanks giving one. Thanksgiving and Christmas are probably my two favorite holidays ever. They just mean alot to me.

Still trying to get better at this painting thing. I'm slowly gaining more confidence and finally realising my potential, and that it isn't that hard to actually finish a picture. And that it's also okay to just sketch something sometimes without going all out on it. Speaking of sketches, here's something else I did at the laundrette some weeks back.

It's not anything spectacular, as drawing in the laundrette is a bit weird. Lots of distractions, and always some random person saying " did you draw that? " as you hold the pencil and book in your hand. They're genreally nice people who mean no harm, but it's pretty funny.

Work work work. I'm nearlly having drawing withdrawl symptoms. I'm sure after the season , I should have more time...or not. My employer has a few plans after holidays which might land me a full time job.... It's nice having money, but I don't know if I can give up drawing... I'm a bit scared. I don't want to get stuck. It would be nice to have some money saved up and things..but time is a precious thing. It can be taken away any moment. As much as I love my new job, it's just not what I'm meant to be doing...

I've got a few other useless sketches lying around that I'll drop later. Hope I can finish my christmas picture before christmas comes! Maybe this weekend.

Turky Day

Alright, so, this was supposed to be a Halloween picture but, I really had no time to work on it. So now it's a Thanks Giving picture. Thought i'd make it Saturday Evening Post-esque. I hate drawing letters/numbers usually, but these weren't too annoying.

So Christopher done stole Cleo's old American Football gear, and likes to play around in it. Like nub. Alone. He also likes to smang it.

Check it:

Probably one of my favorite music videos.
So much work this coming week.

Keep it snappy.

P.S: Here have another wallpaper : Bam

Mata, Rainen

An Ayami Kojima study, done in TegakiE.

He reminds me of Tom when we first met.

Cleo's face! It exists! Christopher is obssessed with Cleo (in every sense of the word, but most of you know that). He speaks french and stuff too. And is just all around retarded. He's also very very superficial. Doesn't belive in love and all that (like most people) and I would imagine his theme song would be Diamonds are Forever as preformed by Sherly Bassey. Love that song.

But some other good stuff I came across :

And have some videos

Yelle - Je Veux Te Voir
Yelle - A Cause Des Garcons

Lots and lots and lots of music. I'm not usually into electro pop type things but I guess it's been growing on me as of late. The Magnetic man song always comes on while I'm at work ( we play Radio 1 all day) and it's like the only song that I don't mind.

Other than that I havn't gotten around to doing a whole lot, just some other things that I whipped up quickly

Only naughty people will try to click that one. So if you've already clicked it, it's too late.Sorry.... Christopher is pretty lame at boxing, and when he loses, it's up to Cleo to ...comfort him. I guess.

And I did this one for Belicosa, cause I love Pytor. Hes mad sexy :c. And dangerous. I started colouring that one too but, don't know if i'll get around to finishing it. Might do, its not terribly difficult.

I'm really trying to get to grips with painting and doing things in colour, as well as a timely manner. It always seems that everyone else can do these huge magnificent peices in days, where it takes me ages just to do something simple. Maybe I've got it all wrong and they all take their time as well. Hmm. Well, just keep drawing I suppose. It's just one of those things where while I'm painting/drawing I really feel like I actually am progressing, but once I'm done I think, damn, I totally could work harder/do better than that.
One of these days i'm probably going to smash my head into a wall. I feel a bit weird too as my content is kind of...normal? I don't like drawing worriors, or wizards or half nakked lady witches. I'm not very much into high fantasy I guess. I sometimes feel like, alot of the more well recognized work is mainly that, or something "quirky". Maybe I'm just bitching and being an ungreatful punt. Maybe I should give those kind of things a try, and maybe -just maybe- I'd like it.
Just have alot on my mind about my own work. And my stories. I have quite long drawn out lives of my stories in my head, and barely write or materalize these things. I just need to stop being a huge brat and sit down and -do it-.

Hm. I think I will.

Well, here's some wallpapers I made for those of you who would like to be naughty 100% of the time.

Ya'll have a good time. Keep it real. Keep it fresh.
I've got to go do the laundry.

While I was gone

Christopher grew up!!! He's a big boy now. He's still with his baby Cleo, but he want's to be a boxer now cause one night he almost got well messed up but some dude saved him who was well good at throwing a 1 2. So after the incident he aspired to become not so much -the best- boxer, but at least a decent one that could kick ass when he felt the need to. And also beat up Cleo, cause he's been wanting to do that for years.

Cleo doesn't like the idea very much. Or Christophers sudden growth spurt...

On the real though it's been a trip not having the internet. So I sketched alot, and played Tekken alot. I though I was doing pretty good, but I finally got to play online and DUDE , those people are SICK. Goddam. My ass was beaten like the nerd at the playground I'll tell you what. I was so furious! But ah well. AH WELL. I STILL WANT TO PLAY! So if you want to fight pretty Christopher, give me a shout. We can make it a date.

I havn't been Listening to too much new music, but I got around to giving Das Racist's Album a listen.

Worth a listen. Pretty entertaining. Makes good fighting music.

And some things I drew while watching tom play some games:

Cleo has some really strange fanatasies about Chris sometimes, and has an obsession with his mouth(particularly when he can see his teeth). And he finds things that are wrong to be especially attractive. And now that Chris is all grown up, he misses his submissive effeminate Chris :cc. Poor Cleo bby.

And to turn up the gay a bit more, here's a gay cowboy.

Sorry if you can't read my hand writing. I have really shit hand writing.

And this Tegaki thing I didn't get to post up here before, for those of you who might not have seen.

This was for my buddy Enzymer from Tegaki. She draw some of the most wicked shit. You can check her blog too.

So the move went well , despite being without internet for a long while, but it was for the best.

I got a new job. I work at a sweets shop now with my manager Jeremy. He's really cool cause he actually knows what he's doing and is just all around cool. And he also sells american sweets, so I can by all my long missed goodies. I spend way too much money while working. Anyway. I spent all my day jsut trying to make that stupid gif file work, so now I'm leaving. Probably going to go draw something even more gay than whats been posted. <3 keep it real yall <333

Should have Internet around the thirteenth.if all goes correctly. Lots of updating to do... kind of. It's kind of fun not having Internet though I guess. Not glued to the computer all the time. Been playing Tekken 6 alot. I'm up for a fight if anyone is willing . I even made Christopher if anyone wants to fight him. Anyway , back to doodling and sleep and work .

Millenium Child

Knocking on Cephi's door...

but she refuses him... so he waited..

...and waited :c. Poor chap. But at least Tom showed up.

So I did a short study with one of J. C. Leyendeckers pieces. (obsessed with him atm). I guess it came out alright. Maybe next time I'll do a better job. Tegaki is fun!

Tegakitegakitegaki :0

And of course....

Jonnie showed me Estradasphere the other day...and they're A+. A lot of thier stuff is very different from song to song. Havn't gone through everything of thiers yet but goddam.

Futari Bocchi

I don't normally update this soon I guess. But I had just recently bought myself that J.C. Leyendecker book. I've been obsessing over it these past days and it made me feel like drawing some classy bitches. And so the story goes :

Cammy White (who reffers to herself as Cameron White) was orphaned durring the first World War as a young teen and finds herself at the mercy of the British Army. She desguises herself in a male persona in order to gain acceptance of the army and soon became passionate about her career in the military. Her ploy has done her well and she had made every precaution to such a degree so that her secret would be kept safe for her entire service. It was a constant battle to maintain acceptance among her colleagues, though she had become more accustomed to her new personality and appearance. Even to the point of eyeing women up and down as her colleagues would as a lovely number passed by... She became the full embodiment of everything that was "he".

"He" was easily recognized for outstanding performances in all areas, and exceedingly so in tactical advise, physical endurance, and nerves of steel. Backed up by education from some of the most recognized colleges, Cammy had reached the pinnical of his career as Lieutenant General, living a less arduous life and enjoying the wealth of a growing economy.

However, the struggling rift to survive was not yet over when breached with a task over something confidential.

Durring the out breaks of Ireland around the time (better known as The Troubles), something hidden had been revealed between the religious civil war.Something, or rather, someone who was "A rare specimen, though intruiging and insightful in many ways. It would be to our advantage to proclaim and secure it in our country and our military".

Anxious and waiting in the office, he was eager to meet his new comrade. There had been rumors and talks of this new character, but it was beyond that; than the words that were so idly said without any experience of this..thing.

There was a breif introductary period between the Lt. Gen. and the woman conducted by the chauffeur commander whilst Cammy tried his best to keep steady eye contact.

As soon as the two were left to their own devices, Morrigan made it apparent that she was immediately able to see through Cammy's faux pas of a disguise, and instantly began the teasing.

"Only those who are as dumb as swine would be so blind." Flaunting ever bit she could as her body was intensly surveyed by down cast eyes...

She says to Morrigan : "What I lack in equipment, I make up in experience."

And thus was the beggining of a very complicated relationship between Lieutenant General Cameron White and "his" soon to be known as "Personal Assistant" Morrigan Aensland.

I wish I had the time and patience to do more of this... cause it seems like it would be fun. Who knows, there might be some additions.

On to the music!

It's been a bit of a while. I quit my job at the House of Sparkle, and been job hunting since. I already had two interviews, so maybe I will be with a job again soon. I've been up and down these past two weeks, and not really able to focus and concentrate on one thing. So I did this sketch just to kind of finish something. It was supposed to be Gabriel, the seraph, who came to earth and fell in love with a spanish conquistador's son. Because of this he loses his sanctity, and eventually looses his mind. Then he ends up eating his young lover...But the more I drew the picture, the more I knew it wasn't "Gabriel"....

So I ask him whats wrong. He tells me "What does it matter, you never really ask anyway."

Makes me wonder what he was really eating...

Holiday ( An exceptionally Long Update)

So I return! I had an awesome Holiday. A very English holiday. This one was insipred alot by my holiday and all the amazing things we did/saw. Asakati is having a tea party in his giant avery, and everyone is 23.7 seconds late. :c This took a bit of time, but im happy with it! I plan to colour it. I managed to finish the other half of the page of that other thing as well.

It took me ages to draw that halftone, but it was pretty relaxing at the same time. Anyway,. The first evening we were there we went to Tom's parent's usual resteraunt, The Willow. It's a vegitarian resteraunt that has that whole vibe thing going on. Not like hippies or anything, it's actually pretty chill. Relaxed, and they tolerate his parent's well enough ( they're quite proper you see ). They tend to have a jazz night every once in a while (every friday? i think) and there was this woman there this evening. Stunning and with an amazing voice.

She definately had a voice to remember very strong and confident in her singing. And I liked the content and stories behind each song she played for us so we bought a cd of hers. It was only £5 so it was worth it mang. You can check her out here! We had a good time. I'm not the hugest of fan of veggies, but I managed. They made me a baked potatoe with baked beans specially for me anyway, so that was nice of them. C:

The train ride on the way there was pretty fun as well, cause we had D with us.

She even got her own seat.

She was very well behaved the whole time. Everyone admired her <33.

So we got to go to alot of places like Becky Falls. It's like a little forest place that has walks you can go on, so we did the difficult one with D and she hopped from rock to rock, and even drank water from the stream. It rained like crazy on and off, but we still had a really awesome time. We also got to go to Woodlands park. It was like this small theme park type thing that had one of those fun house things in a building. Oh god, the slides were HUGE in there. Like, to get on the slides there, you sat on a ledge, and the drop was like falling down a wall that curved at the bottom. Oh god. So scary ; _; I wish I took pictures cause it was just INSANE. So we really had a good time. Even Tom managed to go down the slide. I started to go down but then like, stopped myself by holding on the rail screaming " NO NO NO I CANT I CANT DO IT Dx!!!!" I must have looked right foolish.

We also threw a party for Tom's father, Jonathan, as it was his birthday soon and the whole family was there. Claire made some really awesome salsa and like, spiced shrimp. Really really good. We gave him his presents and things and had a selection of different cake slices from different dellicatessens. He also bought some iced wine for the occation! ( I -love- me some iced wine. One day I'll have to buy some for my side of the family. They'd love it too).

It's very very pricey, but oh so worth it. It's made a very special way, and apparently each grape used to make it only makes about a drop of the actual wine. A very precious drink.

We went to alot of national trust houses and things, like Castle Drogo. That was a good little (actually huge) place. They let me play the piano there, though very badly. I should take lessons. (the whole while we were totally forgetting to take more pictures D:).Also went to a few places in Totnes for coffee and things or a drink. I got a cupcake somewhere.

The last day we went to like, a butterfly farm. It was incredibly humid, but the buterflies were just gorgeous. And they flew so close x: I was afrid i might break one or something. They also had this otter thing next to it, they were so cute D:.

We also went to a tea/cake house. It was so dream like.

Such a selection of cakes, they even had more by the window. Unfortunately (for me) alot of them had fruit in it and things :c. I don't like weird bits in my cake. Strait up chocolate for me!! So instead I got a scone. Easily one of the best scones I've ever had.

And a hot chocolate. Tom got himself a banana milkshake.

Incredible. It really was.

And here's some magic!

Soil&Pimp Sessions ft. Shiina Ringo - My foolish Heart
Peter Tchaikovsky - Swan Lake Waltz
Sergie Prokofiev - Cinderella Waltz
Maurice Ravel - Bolero

Also, Shiina had an album that came out June last year. I had no idea!!

The whole album is really awesome, and available on UK Amazon. It's well worth it, The entire album is well good.

Alright. Enough. *flies away on a rainbow*

P.S: Thank you Dion *thumbs up*. Im pretty lazy most the time. Perhaps I should start inking again.....

The Morrow

As many of you may know, Yeshua has a thing for Cephi. Maybe one day things will work out; however, she would probably still be uneasy about thier growing relationship. Thats okay though, because he holds her well.

I got a bunch of kick ass stuff for my birthday. Really crazy and unexpected but really fun. I got a huge ass boque from Tom's parents, as well a print from a woman in Devon ( I think its from Devon... ). I have a better photo of the print, but I'll have to get that later. The boque was a total surprize. I was in the shower when they came so tom had to go get the door.

Then I got some other really cool stuff like, a watercolour sketchbook. I've been in some real need of water colour paper as I have none, and I love me some water colours. I also got the Gattaca soundtrack. An absolutely amazing movie with sounds that follow suit. I've been wanting this soundtrack since I can remember watching the movie when i was like 12 or something. So happy I finally got it.

And Tom bought me some American stuff! Takes me back. Missed my stuffing and oreos and everything. The best gift ever and it was perfect. Nothing was missing. There was also a hershey's cookie and cream bar, but I ate that already :c. I had a really awesome time and got much love from everyone. Thanks for all the birthday wishes <3!

I hope everyone gets to enjoy the summer. Within a little less than 2 weeks I'll be on vacation in Devon myself. Wild horses and cattle and all. D will have a good time <3. Doggie D so much fun <3.

And with that I leave you some of the magic of which is Michael Nyman

Parker 0.5mm

One of the many battles Jesus must face to find what he is after. As you can see, he has little to no chance of winning.

So I got one of those moleskine sketchbooks. At first I was a bit weary as to the size and quality of the book, but they are pretty the neat and having a change in paper is good every once in a while. It picks up light strokes very well so its quite easy to get a good array of values without loosing your lighter tones.

This one is actually the first picture I drew in the book. At first it seemed difficult with the book being smaller than what I'm use to, but it just feels different all together, so I think it will be a good chance to bring out detail and things that I use to do.

I got one that I did in my old book.

They're falling the wrong way it appears. I'm not sure if I'll get around to actually finishing this one. I still have quite a few pages in this book , about 20 maybe. I don't like changing sketchbooks that much though. Its exciting but so sad at the same time...

As far as what I use.

Parker 0.5mm. It's my magical pencil that allows me to draw anything and everything. I've been using this thing since Christmas last year for nearly every pencil drawing I've done. Normally I'm against using mech pencils and whip out about 50 Derwent drawing pencils, but theres just something about this one. Magic, I say. Magic. In fact, it's so cool that if you click on the picture it will enlarge to the biggest picture you'll ever see of this bad boy...

Today is Tom's Birthday!! Happy Birthday Tom! I got him some things, that he likes. And a cool National Geographic card with a turtle on it. Awesome. I got him this one shirt that's brown and red, but he thinks its purple and pink. What a nub.

And some more music. Philip Glass. You're soo cool.

Philip Glass - Voilin Concerto : Company I
Philip Glass - Voilin Concerto : III
Philip Glass - Violin Concerto : Akhnaten Dance ( Act II Scene III )

The entire Album is pretty awesome. It's definately worth it. Especially since it's only about $8 on Amazon

Sorry for the super long update after not posting for even longer. Life gets busy :c . Keep it real ya'll.

Dear Anonymous Reader,

You've made me happy.

Sometimes I think I get carried away with self importance and forget such things as humility and the simple enjoyment of creating art and sharing my stories. SO ; I dedicate this one to you. Dearest sweetest anonymous reader thats reminded me I shouldn't be upset or annoyed or expect attention.

I missed this story so much. I think perhaps maybe I should take a small break from drawing to get back to developing my stories more. They always grow and grow in my head but I never write them down. And thats no good if I plan to share them someday. The on the far left was shown before a long time ago.

I havn't figured out the dark haired one's name for the story. It definately looks like Asakati, but I'm not sure if I want that to be his name for this particular one. I had the picture up on me dA some time ago, but took it down alongside everything else when I thought it would be good to take a break.

I guess I may have improved by a hair's breadth...

While I'm in a picture sharing mood, heres some pictures of one of the rooms at the shop I work at.

Lots and lots and lots of them. With many little girls looking for the right one just for them.... I'm really wanting one myself at this point.

They're only £225. Though we might have to bump the prices up to £250 next year. But even that isn't asking for much. The lady across the street from us sells them at £500 a peice. So we're really not asking for much concidering how lovely some of the dresses are. Speaking of the store, I have to open up shop from Monday to Wednesday by myself. Ricardo is going to be there to help me , but I'm still quite scared, scince I'm supposed to be in charge. I've never had to play store manager before. Not sure what to expect :c.

I'm sure I'll be fine.

Screw unhappiness.

And thank you my anonymous love. Perhaps someday we can have tea together. Nice and proper.

Oh and while I'm in a sharing mood; heres some soft sounds from Ryuichi Sakamoto
